Professional Standards:
Complies with all statutory Obligations laid by the Government authorities including P.F, E.S.I.C. in terms of Bonus, Gratuity, Uniform and Seasonal Wear, etc.
All Guards undergo background verification which is done by Deeapk Group in-house team that includes his/her residential address, family background, previous job
experience and other essential credentials before getting registered with the agency.
Follows stringent parameters for recruitment which includes aptitude, education, age and physical fitness.
PCC shall be provided if and when required.
All personnel’s are handpicked with minimum 2 years of work experience.
All candidates under- go required security training at our Deepak Group center for 15days and On-job training shall be provided at the site periodically.
